1/2 LB PISTACHIOS
1/2 LB SUNFLOWER SEEDS
3 TBSP TRAEGER BIG GAME RUB
1/4 LB CRANBERRIES
1/4 LB WASABI PEAS
1/2 LB RICE CRACKERS
SEA SALT, TO TASTE
When ready to cook, set Traeger to the Smoke setting (set to Super Smoke mode if using a WiFIRE-enabled grill) and preheat, lid closed 10 minutes.
In a bowl, mix almonds, shelled pistachios and sunflower seeds, then mix in clarified butter and Traeger Big Game rub.
Pour nuts on a baking pan, place in Traeger and smoke for approximately 30 minutes.
When nuts have cooled, mix in the cranberries, wasabi peas and rice crackers and season with sea salt. Enjoy!
