Hula Chicken

1 Cup Pineapple Juice
1/3 Cup Soy Sauce
1/2 Cup Ketchup
1 TBSP Rice Vinegar
1/3 Cup Packed Brown Sugar
2 Cloves Fresh Garlic – Chopped or Grated
1 TBSP Grated Ginger Root
1 to 2 TBSP Sriracha
2 lbs Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs or Breasts
1 Can Crushed or Diced Pineapple, Drained, Juice Reserve


  1. Place pineapple juice, soy sauce, ketchup, vinegar, brown sugar, garlic, ginger and sriracha in the Can Cooker.
  2. Add 2 lbs Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast or Thighs.
  3. Sprinkle Crushed or Diced pineapple on top.
  4. Cover and Cook on Low Heat for 1 hour.
