Wildlife authorities in Wyoming are trying to find the person(s) responsible for the poaching of a bull elk in northern Wyoming.

According to SheridanMedia.com, someone shot the animal on private property in northern Sheridan County along Pass Creek Road, removed the head, backstraps and hindquarters but left the rest to rot.
